Painters

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks) before painting
• Apply paint, varnish, or coatings to walls, ceilings, and structures
• Mix paints to achieve required colors and finishes
• Ensure smooth, neat, and quality finishes
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights

Sign Writers

• Design and create signs, banners, and lettering
• Paint or apply graphics on boards, walls, or vehicles
• Interpret client requirements and artwork designs
• Ensure visibility, accuracy, and attractiveness of signage
• Maintain tools and materials used in sign writing

Qualifications

• Trade Test Certificate (Grade III, II, or I) in Painting & Decorating or related field
• Basic training or experience in sign writing or graphic work
• Knowledge of paints, finishes, and surface preparation
• Creativity and good color combination skills (for sign writers)
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions or designs
• Attention to detail and neatness
• Physical fitness and ability to work in different environments
• Knowledge of safety practices (especially working at heights or with chemicals)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and follow up with EDGE, WELL, Carbon, and Biodiversity consultants to  ensure timely submission of required data and documents
• Track consultant deliverables against scope, requirements, and deadlines
• Establish and maintain a structured Evidence Room aligned with sustainability and  certification requirements
• Ensure all drawings, specifications, reports, and submissions are properly organized  and version-controlled
• Maintain records of materials, suppliers, and sourcing documentation, including  technical data sheets
• Ensure all documentation supports certification requirements and sustainability objectives
• Synthesize technical inputs into clear summaries and structured content
• Support preparation of the Sustainability Impact Report
• Research awards, submission requirements, and timelines
• Prepare documentation and materials for award submissions
• Support preparation of clear, high-quality presentations for meetings and conferences

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure all works are carried out strictly in accordance with drawings and specifications
2. Supervise timber frame subcontractor
3. Oversee plumbing, biodigester and electrical installations
4. Coordinate carpentry, finishing trades and in-house site teams
5. Monitor construction quality and resolve site issues
6. Prepare basic quantity estimates for materials and works
7. Maintain site records and prepare required technical/progress reports
8. Ensure health & safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum at least 3-5 years practical construction site experience
• Proven hands-on experience supervising construction works and managing subcontractors directly
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience preparing site reports and basic quantity take-offs
• Experience with timber or light structural construction will be an advantage.
• Experience working on projects pursuing sustainability / WELL / regenerative design standards will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. County Payments:
   1. Posting county payment in ERP in an accurate manner with minimal errors;
   2. Accurate Reconciliation of County Payments on a weekly basis and sharing the report to relevant individuals for their taking and decision making.
   3. Having a database for all county payments and works currently running and progress of the payments.
2. Landlord Management;
   1. Ensuring that all Landlord’s leases/contract are valid and renewed on time without fail
   2. Ensuring that all landlord’s payments are made on time and their respective invoices are received on time.
   3. Escalation of any challenges encountered in a timely manner for intervention and documentation of the same.
3. Project Coordination.
   1. Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
   2. Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
   3. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks.
4. Resource Management.
   1. Manage resources such as equipment, and materials to support project needs.
   2. Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources efficiently and optimize utilization.
   3. Anticipate resource requirements for upcoming projects and plan accordingly.
5. Workflow Optimization.
   1. Streamline operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
   2. Identify opportunities for automation or process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
6. Budget Management.
   1. Assist in budget planning and monitoring for projects and operational expenses.
   2. Track expenditures, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
   3. Collaborate with finance department to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial goals.
7.  Contract and Vendor Management.
   1. Ensuring all contracts for the clients are valid and any amendments are well documented for reference.
   2. Updating the operations department on new developments of the contracts;
   3. Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure goods and services as needed.
   4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and value-added benefits.
   5. Evaluate vendor performance and maintain positive relationships to ensure reliable and high-quality service delivery.
8. Quality Assurance.
   1. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of deliverables and customer satisfaction.
   2. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.
   3. Monitor client feedback and incorporate improvements to enhance service quality and exceed expectations
9. Reporting;
   1. Attending of the weekly departmental meeting without fail
   2. Documentation of the weekly departmental minutes and circulating them on time to members ahead of the next meeting clearly highlighting key action points for all.
   3. Preparation and circulating of new site reports without fail
   4. Monitoring of occupancy of sites and giving a detailed report of any discrepancies noted.
   5. Preparation and circulation of construction reports and advising of any changes.
   6. Submitting on a weekly basis the following reports; Occupancy reports, Renewal Reports for landlord leases, Status of Landlord payments, County progress reports and Construction Progress Reports;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operation/Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or similar role within the advertising or marketing industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• 3 years working experience in a similar position is desirable.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and procurement processes.
•  High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on site.

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.

• Ensure projects adhere to approved designs, timelines, budgets, and specifications.

• Monitor site progress, quality of workmanship, and material usage.

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Resolve site issues, variations, and technical challenges promptly.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years’ experience managing construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction operations

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial projects

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites

• Monitor project performance, risks, and resource utilization

• Report progress and challenges to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, with senior leadership exposure

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Knowledge of construction laws, contracts, and safety standards

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
