Machinery Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and deliver excellent service to clients. The role requires a confident, articulate individual who can quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of the company by actively promoting our products and closing sales.

Senior Corporate Sales Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth areas, customer segments, and emerging trends.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align new business opportunities, new products and sales strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
Continuously lead and mentor the corporate sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
Negotiate contract proposals and sales agreements with clients and business partners.
Work closely with the technical team and management in the infrastructure and solution setup customized to potential clients and regions.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies and activities and monitor and measure their effectiveness.
Leverage data to enable the business to track, assess and improve progress continuously.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
Any other duties assigned by the manager.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement robust accounting systems that are embedded with appropriate controls that help safeguard the company’s assets and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Liaises with external auditors on audit activities of the company In charge of the preparation of annual budgets and long term business plans and ensures all departments and units comply with budgetary provisions
• Establish and monitor the implementation of an effective and robust treasury management system that secures company funds whilst maximizing profitability and facilitating effective cash flow management and compliance with the insurance act and investment guidelines.
• Manage the company’s cash flows in order to meet all liabilities as they may fall due. This will include effective asset and liability management in order to match the maturity profiles of assets and liabilities.
o Manage the company’s credit policy and effective follow up of debts.
o Sign company cheques and documents
o Develop robust investment strategies that will be in line with business plan
• Ensure compliance with statutory provisions in respect to financial reporting, taxation, other statutory payments and insurance act
o Prepare annual report and accounts for the Board and statutory purposes
o Management and Board reporting on a regular basis
