]]> The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality, and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational sections: Epidemiology & biostatistics, Health policy & management, Population & reproductive health, Environmental health & climate change, and Non-communicable diseases & mental health.
This is a short-termed grant-funded contractual position.

Responsibilities 
You will be responsible for:

  • processing and checking budgets for personnel requisitions
  • processing the payments/ advances/ purchase requisition and maintaining the database for the same
  • reconciliation of Grant Variance Report on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • checking and transferring FTE’s in the JC data on monthly basis
  • processing overall travel requests and its adjustments as per the budgetary approval
  • coordinate with field sites for payments-related documents
  • monitor the status of advance requests in Finance and make sure to forward funds to the respective field site well in time.
