The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director – Zetech Digital School and will be responsible for the following:
• Creating and curating digital learning materials, such as e-learning modules, online courses, and interactive simulations.
• Providing technical assistance to learners and Lecturers, ensuring smooth operation of digital learning platforms.
• Administering and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools.
• Training faculty and staff on the use of digital learning technologies and providing ongoing support.
• Analysing data from digital learning platforms to improve and tailor learning experiences.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning and integrating them into the University’s offerings.
• Working with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and IT staff to create comprehensive digital learning experiences.
