Job Description

We are currently seeking vigilant and experienced individuals to join our team as controllers. The controllers will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, and coordinating with security personnel to ensure a prompt response to any incident.

Responsibilities;

Monitor Security systems including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

Respond to alarms and alerts promptly and take appropriate action according to established protocols.

Coordinate with security personnel, law enforcement, and other emergency services needed.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and communications.

Conduct periodic checks and inspections of security equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Provide support and guidance to security staff  during emergencies and critical incidents

Report any security breaches, suspicious activities or equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel.

 

 

 

 

 

Required skills

Excellent comunications and problem solving skills Kowledge of securty systems and control center including CCTV camera Previous experience in security operations ,specifically in control room Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-faced environment
