• Model effective operational practices for high levels of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, updating them as needed.
• Review training costs for efficiency and value.
• Continuously assess new revenue opportunities within the department.
• Support resource planning and utilization management.
• Proactively plan for current and future projects, including personnel, materials, and facilities.
• Ensure optimal learning experiences through timely preparation, briefing of staff, and client-specific venue arrangements.
• Review and enhance the graduation process.
• Measure and communicate the return on training investment for all projects.
• Maximize resource utilization for All-Access Pass clients through intentional engagement with Delivery Consultants and regular monitoring.
• Collaborate with Implementation Strategist to increase client utilization rates.
