Job Description

The event advisor(s) will be responsible for the following tasks:

    • Assess and improve event management processes – Conduct a detailed review of the current event planning, audience engagement, and digital tools used for event management. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Enhance event marketing and branding – Evaluate existing marketing strategies, promotional materials, and branding approaches. Recommend and implement strategies that will boost global visibility and engagement.
    • Develop a strategic report – Summarize key findings, provide actionable recommendations, and outline an implementation plan to optimize CIFOR-ICRAF’s event strategies.
    • Conduct training sessions or workshops – Provide expert guidance to CIFOR-ICRAF’s staff on best practices and emerging trends in event management, AI integration, and audience engagement.
