Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting automotive spare parts.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on parts compatibility and usage.
  • Manage sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer tools.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support daily shop operations, including display arrangements and cleanliness.
  • Multitask efficiently during peak business hours.

Required skills

Ability to work in a high-stress, multitasking environment. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (automotive-related studies are an advantage) Basic computer literacy and ability to use a POS system. Good product knowledge of vehicles and spare parts (or willingness to learn fast). Strong communication and interpersonal skills
