About Us
One Stop Property Management Ltd is a growing company seeking a proactive and skilled IT professional to join our team. The role will support our daily operations, ensure smooth running of systems, and help build the foundation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, printers, internet, and office systems.
• Manage company emails, cloud storage, and basic cybersecurity protocols.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ERP/accounting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor IT problems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain data backup and recovery processes.
• Train staff on basic IT practices and system use.

Required skills

1–3 years of experience in IT support (internships included). Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage. Knowledge of networking, Windows, and basic server management. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
