Job Description

Deseret Homes is looking for a highly motivated Digital marketing intern and IT representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in order to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the cleaning and landscaping sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Experience of at least 2 years in digital marketing field is key

Data backup and recovery skills Experiance of atleast two years Time management Trouble shooting knowlege Understanding and implementing basic security protocols and practices to protect against threats
