About Atlas Capture
Atlas Capture partners with local businesses to film real workplace activities. These videos help train AI and robotics systems to better understand human movement and work processes.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will visit businesses, explain our program, collect basic operational details, and generate high-quality leads for the Regional Manager. The position involves frequent field visits, outreach, and consistent communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Outreach
Visit 10–15 businesses daily in priority industries
>Introduce Atlas Capture and explain the partnership
>Build rapport with business owners
2. Present the ProgramGive a simple pitch using examples from atlascapture.io
>Explain the trial payment
>Ask owners if they are interested in learning more
3. Collect Business InformationRecord tasks, hours, and number of employees
>Capture photos or short videos
>Gather contact details and preferred payment information
4. Update Tracking Tools
>Log all visits in Discord
>Label each business (Yes / Negotiating / No)
>Submit strong leads to the Regional Manager
>Update the Master Business Tracker and schedule follow-ups
5. Follow Daily Workflow
>Before visits: plan route, review target industries, carry materials
>During visits: pitch, collect information, take photos/videos
>After visits: update Discord, send leads, complete tracker entries
Performance Expectations
15–25 business visits per day
5+ confirmed businesses weekly
Target Industries
High Priority: restaurants, manufacturing, auto repair, construction
Medium Priority: retail, food processing, hospitality, healthcare
Avoid: salons, art studios, pottery, music, gun-related businesses
Requirements
>Strong communication skills (native language + English allowed)
>Comfortable engaging business owners
>Able to travel to multiple locations daily (field role)
>Basic digital skills (mobile apps, Discord, spreadsheets)
>Organized, friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
