Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual procurement plans aligned with approved budgets and operational needs.

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve value for money and quality assurance.

  • Ensure supplier diversification and avoid over-reliance on single suppliers.

  • Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, and contracts in accordance with procurement procedures.

  • Monitor procurement expenditure and strictly enforce budget controls.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

  • Coordinate closely with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Project teams.

  • Utilize ERP systems for procurement transactions, reporting, and record management.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and management review.

  • Evaluate supplier performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
