Job Description
Role Summary
The Inside Sales Officer will support the commercial team by managing customer relationships, processing orders, and driving sales growth in chemical products across various industries (e.g., manufacturing, plastics, food processing, pharmaceuticals).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customer leads.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with logistics.
Monitor stock levels and communicate availability to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Support debt collection and ensure timely customer payments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of industrial/chemical products (an added advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
