Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out fiber internet installations in homes and business premises
- Install and configure fiber and wireless internet connections
- Perform on-site field work, including climbing poles and working at heights
- Handle ADSS (Aerial Fiber) installations, routing, and terminations
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and network issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Ensure proper testing, activation, and handover to clients
- Maintain professional customer interaction during installations and support visits
