Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out fiber internet installations in homes and business premises
  • Install and configure fiber and wireless internet connections
  • Perform on-site field work, including climbing poles and working at heights
  • Handle ADSS (Aerial Fiber) installations, routing, and terminations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and network issues
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
  • Ensure proper testing, activation, and handover to clients
  • Maintain professional customer interaction during installations and support visits
