Key Roles

  • Handle legal disputes, litigation, and claims
  • Represent or assist in court proceedings and tribunals
  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, affidavits, submissions)
  • Advise on dispute resolution strategies (negotiation, mediation)
  • Liaise with external lawyers and monitor ongoing cases

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
  • Admission to the Bar (e.g., Advocate of the High Court of Kenya)
  • Knowledge of litigation and dispute resolution processes
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
