Job Description

Roles / Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support to staff and systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Support data backup and system security processes
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Monitor system performance and report issues
- Keep records of IT assets and support activities
Qualifications
- Minimum: Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and user support skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in IT support is an added advantage
