About the Role

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Tax Assistant to join our growing Payroll Tax team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist with payroll tax operations, including daily processing and quarter-end activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Tax Department.
  • Assist with daily tax processing and quarter-end tax activities.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prioritize and resolve assigned cases through the Pulse case management system.
  • Support payroll tax-related projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience in payroll, tax or a related field.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
