Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online conversations and respond professionally.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with current digital trends and social media algorithms.
