Job Description

Roles:

  • Operate and drive the hospital ambulance safely.
  • Transport patients to and from hospitals and medical facilities.
  • Assist medical staff with patient loading, unloading, and transfers.
  • Ensure the ambulance is clean, safe, and properly equipped.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report mechanical issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency transport requests.
  • Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records.
  • Observe traffic laws and hospital safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Ambulance Operator.
  • Valid driving licence appropriate for the ambulance.
  • Good knowledge of road safety and local routes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
