Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate feasibility studies, technical design, implementation and handover of customer projects within agreed SLAs.

  • Manage contractors and supervise installations to ensure quality, timelines and budget compliance.

  • Coordinate with business units, engineers, project managers and vendors.

  • Manage implementation materials and stock availability.

  • Support tender evaluations, customer quotations, solution design and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Maintain project records, customer documentation, implementation inventories and performance reports.

  • Resolve implementation delays and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • 3–4 years’ experience in telecommunications project implementation.

  • Experience in contractor and supplier management, routing and switching.

  • PMP or CCNA certification is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, enterprise and wholesale customer solutions is preferred.

  • Strong planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
