Administrative Customer Service Representative

This national company is looking for a bright, energetic, personable Customer Service Professional. (NOTE: this is not a call center).

Responsibilities will involve working directly with existing customers, take their orders, process their orders, work with production managers to schedule production dates so that products will be made and delivered on time.

Lots of computer projects. Some orders can be very detailed.

The qualified candidate will have prior experience in an administrative position assisting clients, stable work history and good computer skills.

Working knowledge of Excel and SAP appreciated.

College education preferred. They want a person who projects a professional image as there may be in person client meetings. This is a team environment where talented people are appreciated and rewarded. Excellent benefits. Impressive office environment.
