The person in this role will be responsible for a variety of projects such as
proposal coordination, written responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
and Requests for Information (RFIs), presentation materials, and other
specialized marketing materials required to support marketing initiatives.
Essential Job Duties
Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations by coordinating the execution of proposal materials, including but not limited to drafting, collating and organizing information.
Develop materials to include writing/compiling required information for final submittals to be completed in a timely, efficient manner, and to meet deadlines.
Compose, edit and proofread materials for all new business pursuits, including presentations and technical documents.
Perform advanced document formatting consistent with branding standards.
Work with the team to create marketing solutions.
Required Skills, Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism preferred
1-2 years previous work experience in the marketing, journalism, or reporting field
Expert in MS Office Suite
Strong graphic skills through Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
Proactive, creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to balance short-term, deadline oriented assignments and long-term, ongoing projects
Ability to work with technical, as well as creative team members
