Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From database management, file organization, documentation preparation such as - quotes, proposals, etc. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

You must be comfortable in a fast pace environment, familiar with technology, and extremely RELIABLE. Willing to train and provide experience to individuals entering or coming back into the workforce, if both dedicated and eager to learn/grow professionally.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm – but can be flexible

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Competitive entry-level compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
