About Us
Artemis Outsourcing Limited is a professional services firm providing financial, compliance, and business support solutions to diverse clients across Kenya. We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and ethical Accountant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle statutory deductions and compliance (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, VAT, Housing Levy, etc.)
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
- Manage payroll processing and related reporting
- Provide financial analysis and advisory support to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (K) – Completed or Finalist (mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Added Advantage
- Experience in an outsourcing or consulting environment
- Experience handling multiple client accounts
