Job Description
Roles:
- Operate and drive the hospital ambulance safely.
- Transport patients to and from hospitals and medical facilities.
- Assist medical staff with patient loading, unloading, and transfers.
- Ensure the ambulance is clean, safe, and properly equipped.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report mechanical issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency transport requests.
- Maintain accurate trip and vehicle records.
- Observe traffic laws and hospital safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Ambulance Operator.
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the ambulance.
- Good knowledge of road safety and local routes.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
