Roles / Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
  • Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Install wiring, lighting, and control systems
  • Test electrical systems to ensure proper functioning
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repairs

Qualifications

  • Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Relevant certification or licensing (if required) is an added advantage
