JOB DETAILS:
Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Job Summary
The Branch Manager bears the responsibility of the branch, its employees, reputation and portfolio. Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the branch, achievement of branch targets, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals, and maintains a healthy relationship with staff, clients, government bodies and market leaders.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency. • Strong interpersonal, management and demonstrable leadership skills be Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum of 5 years Branch Management experience in a Financial institution.
