Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements and coordinate external audits.
- Manage cash flow, and banking relationships.
- Oversee student billing, fee collection, and receivables management.
- Monitor procurement processes, operational costs, and expenditure controls.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, school growth, and capital projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in the education or non-profit sector is preferred.
- Experience in an international school environment is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
