Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee growth, focusing on identifying and developing high-potential talent
  • Create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top performers at all levels of the organization
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee well-being
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational and talent-related challenges, providing strategic guidance and solutions

12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executives, managers, and emplo Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate compl Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business results Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
