Job Description

The Chief Principal (Regular) will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, policy implementation, and institutional governance in secondary schools or teacher training institutions. The role involves ensuring quality teaching, compliance with national education standards, financial management, performance appraisal, and mentorship of staff.

Required skills

i. Have served as Senior Principal T-Scale 14 for a minimum period of three (3) years. ii. Have satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal and performance contracting process. iii. Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teache iv. Meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.
