Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: Work together with all other clinical functions to ensure the following:
- Ensure safe and effective clinical practice
- Enhance the patients experience of quality care
- Manage and develop the performance of the team
- Contribute to delivery of the hospital objectives
- This is line with Shalom hospital mission of providing quality healthcare with efficiency, sustainability, reliability and courtesy with emphasis on customer needs.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- History taking and examination of patients
- Ordering investigations and interpreting results
- Diagnosing and Management of patients
- Perform relevant procedures in the management of patients
- Appropriate referral and follow up of patients where relevant
- Giving support and health education to patients and staff
