Division Leadership – Growth Path – Operations Leadership

The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Manufacturing & Industrial space looking to identify a top Operations / P&L Leader to step in as the Senior Director of Operations & Supply Chain (Multi-Site / Global) to run a fast-growing segment in North America.

We need a strategic Supply Chain & Operations Leader with the ability to lead a team across a network of sites, many of which were bolt-on acquisitions as they have expanded and gained market share over the years. Key Talent Drivers for this role will be around: Supply Chain Optimization, Footprint Rationalization, Operational Excellence, and Strong Teambuilding/Mentorship.

We need someone passionate about people, process, and performance. This role will set someone up for an incredible career path with the organization, from Division Leadership to Segment Level Long-term.

Our client is in hyper growth mode, and we are looking to identify and interview right away!

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree Preferred) Experience in Manufacturing + Industrial Experience in Supply Chain Optimization & Lean Six Sigma Excellence Initiatives Multi-Site Global Role w/ Travel - Ideally East Coast based Passion for drive People & Process Excellence
