Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistical aspects of events are executed flawlessly.
- Provide hands-on support during events, including setup and execution, while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and coordination of experiential marketing events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our services and deliver added value to clients.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Assist in managing projects/events from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Help gather and analyze data from events to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Project Management or a related fi Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and social media platforms; experience wi Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-pac Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
