Job Description
As a female legal consultant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Onboarding and Integration: Onboard and integrate 50 Merchandise Negotiators into the workforce.
2. Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage their efforts, ensuring strict adherence to prescribed tactics.
3. Implementation of Rewards and Guidance: Implement rewards and corrective measures with individualized guidance to ensure required output.
4. Legal Management: Oversee all negotiations conducted by your 50 negotiators, including investments, franchises, land purchases, government relationship management, and more.
Consulting Opportunity Details:
Long-term engagement with four renewable contracts, each lasting five years.
Compensation Structure:
Guaranteed monthly consulting fee starting at Ksh 100,000 (tied to 25% of supervised negotiators’ required output).
Additional product sales commissions and bonuses.
Work Arrangement:
Flexible schedule: Only 10 hours of office presence required weekly (two days per week) to meet with your team of 50 Merchandise Negotiators.
