Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic design, Visual Communication or related fine arts field

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years as a Graphic Designer.
  • Preferably in FMCG, advertising or a marketing environment.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., after effects) is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro).
  • Understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
  • Knowledge of branding, digital marketing and social media design.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools is an added advantage.

Reports To

  • Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for digital marketing, including social media, digital ads, e-shots, website banners and WordPress landing pages.
  • Create print and marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, flyers, catalogues, presentations, POS materials and promotional merchandise.
  • Develop artwork for outdoor advertising, including billboards, bus branding, wall branding, vehicle branding and event branding.
  • Produce motion graphics, GIFs, video edits, product mock-ups and multimedia assets to support marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain brand books, brand guidelines and visual identity assets across all Kapa Oil brands.
  • Coordinate with printers, suppliers and external agencies to ensure quality execution.
  • Organize and maintain creative files, artwork versions and digital asset libraries.
  • Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, AI creative tools and emerging digital marketing best practices.
