Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the gym and pool area and provide assistance when needed

  • Ensure the gym and swimming pool areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

  • Monitor guests’ safety and enforce gym and pool rules and regulations

  • Set up and arrange equipment, towels, and poolside facilities for guest use

  • Assist guests with basic use of gym equipment and facilities

  • Report any faulty equipment or maintenance issues to the relevant department

  • Maintain proper hygiene standards in changing rooms, poolside, and fitness areas

  • Monitor and control access to the gym and pool facilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries or requests

  • Ensure adequate supply of towels, water, and other amenities

  • Support health and safety procedures, including emergency response when required
