Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Head of Learning to lead in the conceptualization, development and implementation of cutting-edge virtual and blended learning programmes. A Head of Learning will: Develop blended learning programmes that create impact at scale, lead the Learning Team, including complex programme design,learning experience design, workshop design, and content development, and build and manage a pan-African Network of facilitators.
The Head of Learning will report to the Chief Product Officer and will lead the Learning and Facilitation Teams. He/she will work closely with the business development teams to build programmes that work for our growing group of African and global clients. You will be a key player in a dynamic, international team focused obsessively on results. At AMI, we work hard, innovate constantly and have fun.

Required skills

5+ years of related instructional design and development experience (essential) Ability to communicate effectively across different levels Ability to lead senior teams. Culturally adept. Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and how to apply these theories in the design of transformat Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
