Job Description

    • Position Overview

Developing and Delivering IB curriculum emphasizing critical thinking, global awareness and a holistic approach to education. Fostering collaboration with the stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:

  1. Develop, Plan, prepare, and implement IB lessons with consideration of Waldorf Education Principles.
  2. Research more IB teaching methods and resources to ensure inclusive learning.
  3. Formulate and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student
    progress and take necessary action to ensure students are well prepared for the main exams.


Learners’ Support and Engagement:

  1. Promote a positive environment for the learners and ensure inclusivity and intellectual eagerness.
  2. Promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and love for the subject.


Collaboration and Professional Development:

  1. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects to promote engagement in learning.
  2. Participate in faculty meetings and various professional development workshops.
  3. Engage with the school community, including parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, to support student learning and well-being in collaboration with the school management.
  4. Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community service initiatives.
