Job Description
Key Responsibilities: –
- Partnership Identification & Assessment: Actively identify and assess potential digital partners aligned with the bank’s strategic goals and innovation priorities. Conduct preliminary assessments of feasibility and potential value of partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Development of partnership proposals, outlining the scope objectives, and terms of collaboration. Thereafter, collaborate with business analytics and research teams to assess the business value of the partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact ensuring that the partnerships continue to be of mutual benefit.
- Partnership operations and contract management: Ensure smooth execution of partnership activities, address operational challenges, and oversee contract implementation to ensure adherence to the terms by both the bank and the partners.
- Ecosystem building: Foster a collaborative environment both within the bank and the broader partner ecosystem, attending industry events and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform and contribute to innovation strategies.
- Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on partnership performance, providing insights into key metrics and outcomes. The role holder should also provide recommendations for optimization of the partner relationships.
- Driving innovation:Work with the senior manager, digital innovations to drive innovation initiatives, including organizing and facilitating hackathons to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Idea generation and prototyping: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brainstorm and prototype innovative solutions.
- Thought leadership:Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights.
