Job Description

Trendy Forbes Ltd, a growing cleaning and landscaping/grounds maintenance
company based in Kenya, is looking for a highly motivated intern in Marketing position to
join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring
new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in order to expand the
company’s market presence.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the cleaning and landscaping
sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent customer
service.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client
satisfaction. This includes visiting sites to assess performance standards.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and business plans to management and clients.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with new and existing clients to maximize company revenue.

Required skills

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Ability to drive and manage client relationships effectively. Experience in , sales, or a similar role, preferably in the cleaning, landscaping, or grounds maint Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
