Marketing Manager-Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing social media platforms to create and share compelling content, engage with the audience, and build a strong online community.
- Upholding and enhancing the hotel’s brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Collaborating with graphic designers to create marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Developing and managing the annual marketing budget and communication plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Collaborating with PR agencies to develop and implement public relations strategies that enhance the hotel’s image and visibility.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts.
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive direct bookings.
- Preparing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines and acting as a brand custodian for the hotel and Kempinski brand.
- Conducting competition checks, benchmarking, and following up on market trends.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably working with a Hotel chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Ability to lead through collaboration, networking, and influence.
- A passion for marketing and branding.
- Strong communication and people skills.
