Marketing Manager-Villa Rosa Kempinski Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing social media platforms to create and share compelling content, engage with the audience, and build a strong online community.
  • Upholding and enhancing the hotel’s brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers to create marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Developing and managing the annual marketing budget and communication plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with PR agencies to develop and implement public relations strategies that enhance the hotel’s image and visibility.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility and drive direct bookings.
  • Preparing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines and acting as a brand custodian for the hotel and Kempinski brand.
  • Conducting competition checks, benchmarking, and following up on market trends.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably working with a Hotel chain.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to lead through collaboration, networking, and influence.
  • A passion for marketing and branding.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
