Job Description
Job purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to lead our Media Department. This role focuses on strengthening our digital presence, producing compelling content, deepening audience engagement, improving publications, and supporting report design.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement innovative media and digital engagement strategies
-
Oversee website management, social media platforms, and digital content production
-
Collaborate on the production of reports, newsletters, and public relations materials

Lead photography, videography, and event media coverage
-
Mentor and supervise media team members and volunteers
Requirements
-
Degree or Diploma in Media, Journalism, Digital Communications, or related field
-
Minimum of 3 years experience in media management or digital communications
-
Strong skills in graphic design, writing, editing, and social media management
-
Proficiency in videography and photography (including use of mirrorless cameras and gimbals)
-
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within deadlines
Location
Based in Mombasa, with occasional field assignments across the Coast region.
