Job Description
-
Develop and implement annual procurement plans aligned with approved budgets and operational needs.

Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve value for money and quality assurance.

Ensure supplier diversification and avoid over-reliance on single suppliers.

Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, and contracts in accordance with procurement procedures.

Monitor procurement expenditure and strictly enforce budget controls.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, and ethical standards.

Coordinate closely with Finance, Accounts, Operations, and Project teams.

Utilize ERP systems for procurement transactions, reporting, and record management.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and management review.
-
Evaluate supplier performance and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
