Job Description

ob Purpose:   

Reporting to the Group Business Process Innovation with the responsibility to oversee the implementation and roll-out of the Business Process Innovation Solutions across the Equity Group. The solutions include processes implemented via the Branch Service Hub, Process workflow solutions via Newgen and PowerApps. 

 

The main objective is to provide strategic guidance to the design, implementation and roll-out of solutions around Processes Efficiencies in Branches and Shared Service department.

Product Strategy and Vision: 

  • Guide and provide consultancy service to the Business Teams with regards to the requirements for the Branch and Group Shared Servces Processes.   
  • Provide technical innovations around all the processes being designed 
  • Drive business and process requirements documentation, solution design and solution developemet of all processes in scope. 
  • Drive Change Management and roll-out of the executed solutions to the entire group. 
  • Drive Process Efficiency and Innovation across the organization  
  • Product Development and Management: 
  • Lead the end-to-end Implementation of all innovated processes around the Branch Service Hub, Newgen Platform and PowerApps. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the requirements, establish clear milestones, and manage product development cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and compliance standards throughout the product lifecycle.
