Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Support the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period.
  •  Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements.

  •  Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.
  •  Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.
  •  Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date. eLXqcxD BIpnb
  •  Ensure that products meet the organization, customers’ quality, and product integrity requirements.
  •  Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
  •  Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.

Required skills

2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Excellent attention to detail. Good Microsoft Office skills.
