Kenya Abortion Study Overview:
- National survey to estimate abortion incidence and complications in Kenya
- Focus on respondent-driven survey (RDS) component
- Seeks highly qualified and experienced field interviewers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen RDS participants using standardized eligibility criteria
- Obtain informed consent from study participants
- Conduct interviews, ensuring completion of all questions before online submission
- Perform duties assigned by the Principal Investigator
Minimum Qualifications:
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate, minimum grade C Plain
- Diploma or degree in any health-related course (added advantage)
- Ability to conduct quantitative interviews in both Swahili and English
- Experience in data collection using electronic platforms
- Past working experience on quantitative research projects in Sexual and Reproductive Health, preferably abortion-related
- Full-time availability for the project’s duration
