Job Description
Life care Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual to join our team as the head of Sales and Marketing. The position is located in HO, Nairobi but he/she needs to travel all units across Kenya.
Major responsibilities;
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve business targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in unit level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare
- Set sales targets, and develop strategies for different revenue streams like room occupancy, events, and restaurants.Â
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and content management for the hotel website.Â
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses to drive bookings. Respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.Â
- Work with other hotel departments, such as operations and housekeeping, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans and budgets to meet revenue goals.Â
- Set sales targets, and develop strategies for different revenue streams like room occupancy, events, and restaurants.
