Job Description

a)Job Specifications
The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail:
(i) Coordinating implementation of sales activities.
(ii) Preparing reports regularly on sales and trends for decision making;
(iii) Preparing monthly operation reports to the management for decision making;
(iv) Preparing sales targets to forecast current and future production capacities;
(v) Participating in the development of budgets for sales and marketing support
activities;
(vi) Monitoring and controlling sales and marketing expenditure;
(vii) Initiating procurement of reports and products for sale;
(viii) Organising exhibitions, promoting council’s services and products;
(ix) Following up on debts and recommending any necessary action to the debt collection
committee.

Required skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline or its equivalent from a recognized institution; Demonstrated merit in work performance; Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution only for the successful applicants. Proficiency in computer applications;
