  • Stand outside or around the shop and actively engage passersby
  • Invite potential customers into the store professionally and confidently
  • Explain current offers, promotions, and featured products
  • Create excitement and visibility around the shop
  • Help increase daily foot traffic and customer inquiries
  • Start friendly conversations with potential customers
  • Build customer interest And Direct customers to the appropriate sales staff inside the shop
  • Answer basic customer questions regarding products and offers
  • Encourage customers to visit the shop
  • Represent the brand in a professional and energetic manner
  • Maintain excellent grooming and personal presentation
  • Wear company branding or uniform properly
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and welcoming attitude at all times
  • Assist during activations, launches, roadshows, and promotions
  • Help distribute flyers or promotional materials where necessary
  • Encourage customers to follow brand social media pages and promotions
  • Support content creation or simple customer videos when requested
