Job Description

- Oversee the provision of technical support to clients, emphasising top-notch quality and timely delivery.

- Generate and share knowledge resources (such as blogs, case studies, research papers, etc. ) by identifying pertinent issues, lessons, and best practices from projects across various clients and locations.
Job Description: The Senior Manager’s role entails contributing to MSC’s objectives through exemplary client work and supporting the development of their respective Practice Group/Domain. The primary focus is on serving clients by addressing specific project needs. Specialists lead assignments primarily focused on providing technical support within their designated Domain/Practice Group. Additionally, they offer ongoing support and guidance to staff to ensure quality delivery aligned with MSC’s approaches and frameworks. They must cultivate deep knowledge and expertise in MSC’s core client delivery areas, specializing in specific Practice or Domain work.
Business Development:
- Conceptualize programs and secure funding from international development agencies, multilateral, and governments.
- Lead the conceptualization and proposal drafting for projects aligned with the MSC vision, focusing on enhancing financial, social, and economic inclusion through inclusive banking and financial services.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders such as funding partners, clients, policymakers, and government agencies.
- Contribute to thematic publications based on field experiences, including focus notes, briefing notes, or blogs.
- Engage in marketing activities and participate in digital media dialogues like blogs and discussion forums.
- Lead and provide technical support for project design and implementation.
- Develop, lead, and execute technical projects in banking, financial services, and insurance for social, financial, and economic inclusion, including:
- Strategic review, business planning, and financial modelling for service providers.
- Product and solution development, pilot testing, rollout, and operational integration.
- Process re-engineering, digitization, and automation.
- Design and implementation of alternative channels and technological solutions for digital finance.
- Digital transformation of service providers.
- Monitoring and evaluation of inclusive finance projects.
- Assessment of insurance, micro-pensions, and social security programs.
- Training and capacity building for participants from service providers in banking, financial services, and insurance.
